Valvoline Inc. (NYSE: VVV), the quick, easy, trusted leader in preventive automotive maintenance, today reaffirmed that its corporate headquarters remains in Lexington, Kentucky, and that the company is not relocating.
The August 24, 2026, announcement that Valvoline Global Operations is moving its global headquarters to Cincinnati does not apply to Valvoline Inc. Valvoline Inc., is a publicly traded company on the NYSE and owns and operates retail quick lube facilities throughout the United States and Canada.
Valvoline Inc. and Valvoline Global Operations are separate companies with different ownership, leadership, and business strategies. Valvoline Inc. holds the long-term lease on the building at 100 Valvoline Way and continues to operate its headquarters there, where its team remains focused on growing the business and continuing the company’s long-standing commitment to Lexington and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
