Senior Technician
What does a Senior Technician do?
A Senior Technician is able to perform all the duties of a Certified Technician, as well as that of a Customer Service Advisor. A Senior Technician also serves in a supervisory role for the team, can take responsibility for opening and closing the store, and occasionally fill in for an Assistant Service Center Manager.
What does it take to be a Senior Technician?
You need to be able to:
- Work in varying temperature conditions
- Work quickly
- Enjoy hands-on work
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Have full body mobility
- Work on your feet for extended periods of time with your hands above your head
- Enjoy face-to-face interaction with the public
- Supervise a team

We teach you everything to you need to know during a 4 to 6 month training program while working as a
Certified Technician or Customer Service Advisor.
