What does a Customer Service Advisor Trainer do?

A Customer Service Advisor Trainer is responsible for training new Customer Service Advisors, and performing all the duties of a Customer Service Advisor. This includes presenting oil change options and additional services to the customer based on manufacturer recommendations. Customer Service Advisor Trainers also provide under the hood services as needed.

  • Work on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Enjoy educating and coaching others

You need to know:
Customer Service Advisors, with outstanding performance and proven teamwork abilities are eligible for the Customer Service Advisor Trainer training program. Over a course of 3 to 6 months, Customer Service Advisors take part in the program while continuing to serve in their current role.
